Sorry, due to comment spam abuse, new comments on this entry are closed until I find time to upgrade Movable Type and enable registration and moderation.
The only problem with this “ruling” is that they didn’t say it was illegal to block the recording. Instead, they simply said it was out of the FCC’s jurisdiction. This leaves the door open for legislators to change the law and enforce it anyways. I really hope consumers keep a close eye on this one.
