Zero Balance
I said in my last entry that I recently finished paying off my school loan. It was quite satisfying to finally get Sallie Mae’s official letter saying so. Even more satisfying that the letter contained absolutely no trace of hawking other services. It simply informed me the loan was paid and thanked me for being a customer.
And that is exactly the type of thing that convinces me to consider patronizing a company again, should I have the need.
