How Not To Gain a Customer

Without even getting into the lamentable situation that these *****ing mortgage consolidation brokers are even permitted access to consumer data the second they make any change to their mortgage, do they honestly think I can trust them to service my mortgage when: 1) they’re still sending me shit about the mortgage I had prior to refinancing it, and 2) thanks to apparently one person misreading a number (possibly confusing a dollar sign for an 8), I get offers that these buttmunches can lower my loan (showing as $800,000 more than the original amount!) to an amazing amount of just over $4,000 a month!!!

So someone tell me, is this one particular company breaking any laws by plastering “priority delivery overnight” all over the envelope, yet it’s only metered as presort standard?
