Where’d Everyone Go?
It’s just been too long without an entry, so I had to say something. Or maybe it’s just the boredom of working a night shift on one of my many trips to our facility in Alaska. This is about my fourth 20-hour work day in a row, so sleep deprivation may be the actual motivation behind this entry. I’ll let you know if I start hallucinating.

Yeah, well—consider that I’ve just came out of what I’ve mentioned in the past: that both weeks, before and after Memorial Day weekend, are the absolutely most hectic time of the year for me, and you know why I’ve been scarce here the past little while.
And let’s see, which is worse: four 20-hour days in a row, or about eleven or twelve 12- to 14-hour days in a row? Who knows…but both will definitely take their toll!
