The Stray Shopping Cart Theorem
The number of shopping carts beside the road, in varying states of uprightness, multiplied by one thousand, is inversely proportionate to the average income of the community the carts are located in.
Seriously, I just drove through an area along a section of road that couldn’t have been more than half a mile and counted 20+ carts along the length of the road!
