Too Cool For Internet Explorer

If you have visited my actual blog pages recently (not just the RSS feed in your newsreader), you probably noticed the Too Cool For IE badge in the bottom right corner. It’s pretty self-explanatory and the only reason I’m even bothering with this entry is so that my RSS readers are aware of its presence.

In case it’s not so self-explanatory, I’ll happily spell it out for you. Stop using Internet Explorer—especially the ancient Macintosh version that was abandoned by Microsoft several years ago. Join us in the land of higher life forms and use a modern browser that doesn’t suck.

I admit it, I use IE. Why, you ask? I’m too lazy to learn a new interface and IE is going to be on most of the computers I don’t control and I hate switching back and forth. That said, I’m sick of the way IE handles printing, and I would really like the tabbed interface. I suppose I should stop being lazy and stop using computers I don’t control! :)
