Flip-Flop Déjà Vu

You know, this is really getting annoying. I’m getting rather sick of updating my web login information over and over. Alas, now that Cingular’s got all the AT&T customers in hand, they’re taking us back to that name.

Funny thing is, my first cell phone was on a BellSouth account (which was later rebranded as Cingular). When I decided it was time to start allowing calls on it and not using it solely for outgoing calls, I signed up on AT&T instead. Just a couple months ago, I finally migrated off the AT&T calling plan for a full-blown Cingular package. And now, it appears I’ll soon be an AT&T customer all over again!

Update: It was bad enough they couldn’t let the AT&T name die. They also had to go and fart around with the logo which worked perfectly fine. Granted, I like the lower case letters, but jeez, I’m not even a professional graphic designer and I gave up trying to three-dimenionalize stuff a long time ago. (Thanks for the pointer, Chris.)
