Too Cool for Internet Explorer

Triplicity

A good sign that you’re juggling too many things on your computer at the same time is when you already run a dual-monitor configuration and wish you had three—or four.

Update: Naturally, since you can only vote once, and many people use two or more separate workstations (e.g. home and work), just refer to whichever location has the most monitors.

How many displays do you use, extending the desktop of a _single_ computer.

0 (someone is sure to complain if I don't offer this option)

RSS readers, c’mon over to the poll and tell us how many monitors you use.

I use two 17” LCDs @ work and one 19” LCD @ home. I would like to have 2 19”s @ home, but my desk space won’t allow it :-(

I didn’t vote with this number since I’m not the user, but we have a system at our lab in Alaska that has eight 24” wide-screen monitors attached to one computer. It’s necessary to have enough resolution to show all of the data for this system. A few other data analysis stations will likely have 3 or 4 monitors attached to them in the new future.
