Third Time Is the Charm—I Hope

Early on, I was a MapQuest lover. When they lost the aerial photo feature and no longer had the option to view larger maps in my browser window, I started using Yahoo! Maps instead. No aerial photos, but the interface was better, and included a large-map option. Naturally, like most other people, I’ve been drooling over Google Maps. Today, I’m officially a convert. Aerial photos are now available and they easily scroll around just like the maps. One of the biggest problems I’ve had with past aerial map implementations is that you click to scroll a map and the whole photo refreshes, making it easy to lose your place if you’re trying to follow a road.
