Too Cool for Internet Explorer

One Month Free Netflix

Netflix just sent me an e-mail that allows me to invite people to sign up for Netflix and get their first month free. If you’ve been thinking about getting into Netflix, I don’t imagine you’re going to do better than a first month free offer.

The offer expires Monday, September 20th. If you’d like to take advantage of this, post a comment to this entry. Make sure to include your e-mail address (remember, e-mail addresses are not displayed publicly on my blog).

Initially, I’ll only send the sign-up URL to those with whom I’m acquainted. Dependent upon my whim and how many acquaintances I’ve give the URL to by the end of next week, I may be inclined to give it to nearly anyone.

So, if I’m not acquainted with you and you want the URL, you should still drop a note. I’ll also gladly entertain written attempts to impress me into giving you the URL! Why? Because I can! :-p

Update: LOL - I only got one taker when this offer was valid. Since then, I’ve gotten almost 10—most of them happening in the recent weeks. People must only be seeing the “September 20” above and not realizing this entry’s datestamp is from 2004!

Sorry guys, it’s long expired. Consequently, comments on this entry have been closed.

Hey Lee. As I wrote a few days ago, I’m thinking about Netflix. I’d be grateful if you could slide me one of those passes :)

Too late, I’m already a member. If that had come around a couple of months earlier…
