Second Initial Goes Portable

This web page should now recognize certain portable handheld devices (such as PocketPC, PalmOS, etc.) and send you an alternative stylesheet that will make reading my entries much more convenient. You shouldn’t have to do much (if any) left/right scrolling. To maximize the width of the screens on portable devices, the items that were in the sidebar are now located at the bottom, after the last blog entry.

I fully realize I may only be setting this up for one person (hi, Jeff), but would love to know if anyone else might make use of it.

Regarding online portable devices and this blog...

Update: By the way, RSS readers, I failed to mention that there’s a poll attached to this entry. I failed to indicate this at first, and the PHP includes for a poll don’t make it to the syndicated feeds. Thus, I have to give you a clue, like I’m doing now, to tell you go jump over the the HTML site and vote!

I LOVE my PPC, but I don’t use it for websurfing or email. If I have something I want to send an email about or a webpage I want to read, I simply jot it down in notes and take care of it later. The main thing I use PPC for? I can’t maintain a checkbook register to save my ass. But when it’s done electronically and I get to play with my little palm-sized toy (no jokes, thank you), I don’t have a problem keeping track of my finances.

By the way, consider yourself blogrolled. :-)
